We are pleased to say that the Hubble-inspired art exhibition ‘Our Place In Space- Las Cruces‘ will continue to operate at all seven locations for another week. Cutter Gallery will be the first location to close on April 23rd. Art and Hubble images will be displayed at NMSU Gallery until April 26th and at the Mesilla Valley Mall until May 25th.
The hours have been reduced at the Mesilla Valley Mall location (opposite the food court) to weekends: Friday’s 3-7pm, Saturday’s 12-6pm and Sunday’s 12-6pm. The local artwork on display is for sale and can be purchased at the Mesilla Valley Mall location. There will also be some Hubble images available to purchase at the mall location. Only exact cash transactions can be accepted. Half of the proceeds made by these transactions will go to the Las Cruces Space Festival which operates under a 501(c)(3) structure.
The ‘Our Place In Space- Las Cruces’ exhibition is being run by volunteers at the Mesilla Mall location. If you wish to volunteer your time during the hours mentioned, please email us at LCSpaceFestival@gmail.com.
